Zack is the founder of The TRANSCENZ Real Estate Group, former Team Leader at Keller Williams University Market Center, a licensed broker with The North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Business Coach at Middleton Elite Coaching and formerly licensed with The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA), has achieved the CRS Designation, the Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) Designation and was a member of The Board of Directors for BREA for 8 years.

Katrina is a buyer specialist that places a high value on building relationships and always doing what is right for her clients who invariably become friends. Her calm demeanor and tenacity in getting the job done right are the hallmarks of her character. Her experience as a Certified Personal Trainer allows her to quickly assess her clients goals and create strategies to ensure they are exposed to the best opportunities.
